Do I need a credit card to start the trial?↓
No. You get full access for 14 days with no card required. We'll ask when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans later?↓
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle and are prorated.
Can I import customers from Skimmer, Pool Brain, or a spreadsheet?↓
Yes. Our CSV importer handles the common pool software exports, and you can map fields during import. Most companies import in under 10 minutes.
What payment processors do you support for billing my customers?↓
Stripe and Authorize.net. You connect your own processor account — we never hold your money. Fees are whatever you negotiate with the processor.
Is there a contract or setup fee?↓
No contract, no setup fee, no onboarding fee. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
What happens to my data if I cancel?↓
You can export all your data as JSON anytime from Settings → Account. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then permanently delete it.
Do you offer annual discounts?↓

Do you have a refund policy?↓
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days. Monthly plans don't prorate refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Will you help me migrate from another tool?↓
Yes. On Growth and Pro plans, we'll do a white-glove import of your customers, properties, and open invoices. Just email us after signup.
Is the mobile app included?↓
